BioBooks are my life! I am never far away from them -- at home, working at the library, or even out and about browsing the bookshops and stores. I've even been known to visit libraries while on vacation! I also enjoy writing, too -- whether it's emailing friends, writing letters, or (less frequently, lately) for research or creative writing. I also like to talk about books and reading, and the art of writing children's fantasy books...and it IS an art!
Working at the library can be pretty demanding, so my ways of relaxing are sitting down quietly with a good book, watching a movie or DVD (often fantasy or sci-fi) or out and about exploring towns, and bookshops -- with or without friends(!). Additional ways to unwind is playing a variety of music depending on my mood. It ranges from Kasey Chambers to Shania Twain, but often preferring the rock/country cross-over type artistes. Oh, and enjoying some travel, in the UK, but especially USA. I just love the USA but cannot get there as much as I'd like to.
